SYMPTOMS OF DIABETES

 Symptoms of diabetes are;

 -Frequently urination

- great thirst

 -blurred vision and eye problems to the point of blindness

 -Excessively Body fatigue

 -Wounds that heal very slowly, especially in the legs, to the point of loss of limbs

CAUSES OF DIABETES

 Few people are born with insulin deficiency.  Most people have certain weaknesses that are dangerous due to the variety of foods and daily life.

 Consuming too much sugar as well as too much fat in food and drink, lack of exercise (for office workers), heavy drinking and smoking increase the risk of developing diabetes from an early age.

 Diabetes is caused by the pancreas (the pancreas) not being able to produce the right amount of insulin in the body.  It may also be that the body does not respond as expected to the insulin when it reaches that part of the body.

 There are three types of diabetes:

 One is when the pancreas fails to produce enough insulin to regulate blood sugar

 The second type is when the body refuses to control sugar even though insulin is produced by the pancreas

 The third type is diabetes which affects pregnant women who find that their blood sugar levels have gone up even if they do not have a history of this type.

 Statistics show that in 2015, 415 million people worldwide had diabetes especially type 2 diabetes, i.e their bodies refused to control sugar even after the pancreas gave insulin, accounting for ninety percent.  That is 8.3 percent of all adults, including men and women in equal proportions.  The trend is growing more and more.

 Diabetes increases the risk of premature death by at least twice.  In the years 2012-2015, 1.5 to 5.0 million people died each year from diabetes.

 Economic losses in 2014 were estimated at $ 612 billion

 Prevention and treatment;

 When you want to protect yourself from diabetes, it is important to eat well, exercise, control your weight and avoid smoking or alcohol.

 People with diabetes should control their blood pressure as well as check their feet properly.  There are special shoes to wear for those with diabetes.

 For those with type 1 diabetes, the treatment is to receive insulin injections.

  Those with type 2 diabetes may be treated with insulin or even other medications.

  Women with type 3 diabetes find that their diabetes ends as soon as they give birth.
